FIG 212 MEDIUM PIPE CLAMP FOR PIPE SLIDES

APPLICATION

The Figure 212 Medium Pipe Clamp for use with Pipe Slides is identical to the Fig 212 Medium Pipe Clamp. This page has information pertaining to the Fig 212 as it applies to Pipe Slides. For general information on the Fig 212, see Fig 212 Technical Data.The Figure 212 Medium Pipe Clamp can be used in pairs as an attachment to Fig 257, 436, and Fig 439 pipe slides as an option that eliminates the need to weld the support to the pipe.

Carbon Steel

MAX TEMP

Plain 750° F, Galvanized 450° F

COMPLIANCE

ASME B31.1, Federal Specification A-A-1192A (Type 4), ANSI/MSS-SP-69 (Type 4) and BSPSS-BS3974.

NOTE

Two clamps are required. Tee-type slides Fig 257 & 436, or H-type slides Fig 439 are notched to eliminate the increase in height of the slide assembly.
