FIG 66 WELDED BEAM ATTACHMENT

APPLICATION

The Figure 66 Welded Beam Attachment is recommended for attachment to bottom of beams, especially where loads are considerable and rod sizes are large.

3/8″ through 3-1/2″

MATERIAL

Carbon Steel

MAX TEMP

Plain 750° F, Galvanized 450° F

COMPLIANCE

ASME B31.1, Federal Specification A-A-1192A (Type 22), WW-H-171-E (type 22), ANSI/MSS SP-69 and MSS SP-58 (Type 22).

NOTE

If flexibility at the beam is desired, use with bolt and eye rod Fig 278, or with weldless eye nut Fig 290. If vertical adjustment is desired, use with threaded rod and nut and weld the attachment in an inverted position to the beam.
